I dont manna comment about the other 'high conciousnes' BUT, u have to be
carefull about recieving any form of shaktiphat or attunenment :)

spiritual thing's might seem simple and harmles; but the Consequences can
affect u in whole proces of attaining your main goal :) some unauthorized
attunement and shaktipat may take u back of hundred even million years of
your spiritual growth in other words instef of progresing ur regresing...
again to ur physical body may lokk harmless, but we' re in spiritual contex
there are rules :) and your heart knows it :)

so if u have attended Inner heart and learn about the heart, thats the key
to everything :) follow your heart or inner heart, then u'll know what is
true and important :)

i suggest u to chek with inner heart, or ask ur local Tummo RM to check it
together for better results :)
