Make sure you have your sound on at least for the Gracie vs Kung-fu
master. There is some foul language in the other clips

This should be a wake up call for those of you who only train
standing up and were told by your instructors

"Just stay off the ground!"

You martial artists who want to assume a fighting stance, block the
one punch the guy throws, then counter-attack with your single
devastating reverse punch, will hopefully get a wake up call.
