Hi all

Am doing ok arm is sore and so stiff i have had measurements done and
have no movement at all and its still very swollen i have wrist
exercises to do and have been doing them for a week now so hopefully
will see some results but its only been 8 weeks since the operation so
can't expect too much.

It was good to see Toni that you are ok i ent been on the computer
much cause its a pain in the ass typing one handed but have wondered
how you are doing. I don't know if you know but i split up from my
husband October/November of last year so things have been abit hard
here too. Anyway i ent gonna go into that cause its too depressing
but just want you to know am thinking off you.

Hello to Fiona too sorry i ent been in touch mate but loads to do with
the kids, had an estate agent round in the week to value the house as
i am typing this marcus it stripping the wallpaper in our living room,
his putting neutral colour as thats what buyers want. Hope Karl and
th girls are ok and you ent got square eyes from all the studying you
have been doing. I will give you a ring in the week, its Gemmas 7th
birthday on 19th March so having a party for her at mcdonalds yipee
burgers all round!!! Anyway take care hunny and will speak soon.
