This group supports people who have a desire to quit smoking. The ultimate goal is too become tobacco and nicotine free. In doing this one must re-program their brain to think like a non-smoker. There are no rules but there are suggestions and a "group conscience," which deals with people who may cause the group harm. Many people have strong opinions and ideas on how to quit smoking.
