This group is for those that have lost a loved one to suicide. This is a safe place where we can explore our feelings: our loss, our shock, our anger, our guilt, our sadness to whatever is hurting us inside. Let us remember that each of us is at a different point in our journey: let us respect where each one is and learn from each other. Just know we are here and we really do care.
