You have to perfom aseptic actions strongly at the time of inserting
and extracting! Inserting: washed with soap hands, washed inserting
place or at least wiped with alcohol (70%). Extracting: washed hands as
well, and antiseptic first aid plaster for 2 - 5 hours. If the case of
reddening - the plaser & some antibiotic + antiallergic cream.

In the case of pus you have to run (don't walk) to your doctor; such a
case is dangerous for someone with diabetes.
