I am not sure what you mean by this statement. My insurance carrier requires
me to deal with and order supplies through a third party carrier whether it
was our Animas pump that we used previously, and the Cozmo that we currently
use. As a matter of fact, it was Deltec that called my insurance carrier to
deal with the paperwork when we ordered the pump but were told that it had
to be ordered through the 3rd party. Deltec contacted the third party and
handled everything with them. Yet, when I needed to order the FreeStyle
update I dealt directly with Smith Labs. I have not had a problem with their
support team.
