Jenny Craig is a wonderful program for those who can afford it. Some of us can not afford to pay the premium prices for the foods or may have a week when things are tight and they can not afford to order their foods from the center. This group is for anyone who wants or needs to follow the jenny plan on their own using food from the grocery store.
To follow this plan you will need to register at the Jenny website (membership there is free). This will give you access to menu plans that you can follow.
Next you will need the lists I am compiling that will tell you the grocery store food that will most closely match the Jenny food's nutrition content. In most cases the nutrition information will not be exactly the same but it will be extremely close. These are mainstream branded foods from Lean cuisine, Smart Ones, Chef Boyrdee and more.
Lastly you will need support. This group will provide that. Lets discuss food, menu ideas, exercise, successes and those not so good days. We all have them.
