Our casual support group meetings are held in a warm, welcoming and safe atmosphere. All meetings are offered free of charge. People with J-Pouches, pre or post J-Pouch procedures, those with IBD in general, their families and friends are encouraged to attend. This forum is for people to share their experiences and to post meeting reminders – and that is all! There are no medical personnel who monitor the postings, so check with your doctor before following any experience or "advice" that other members have shared.

Meets quarterly on the second Saturday of the month. The meetings in 2011 are February 12, May 14, August 13 and November 12th. Dr. Jonathan Sack, colorectal Surgeon (UCLA) serves as the medical advisor at the support group meetings.
