Re: Vince- Broiled Eggs?

Hey Moke!
No big difference, if it works for you--GO FOR IT! Sorry, guys haven't
posting much lately, caught the flu last Tuesday and, coupled with my
asthma, by the time Friday rolled around I had full-blown pnuemonia.
Needless, to say, I've been off the ol' workouts, the only benefit is that
boy, am I thin now! But I hardly recommend this form of weight loss.

To Frank, Yes, I am the Chef Vince who writes for Men's Health. and speaking
of eggs I'm trying to find a way to make a version of Egg McMuffin in the
microwave---all in one shot. Virtually impossible--so far.

Chef Vince
