Frank deals with all levels of fitness and experience. He'll gear the
training to your particular needs and abilities. It's a good way to begin by
learning proper form; it gives you something to build on. If you're
experience then it can serve as a reality check.

Didn't mean to make lite of your question. I think the Zane Experience was well worth the price. At $60 per hour for a 3 time Mr. Olympia it is a bargain....
