If your forearms are becoming too burned to
effectively train your upper arms then maybe the
forearms need to be trained more diligently during the
week or more often.

Literally, "it's all in the wrists." You isolate bis if you do not bend the wrists inward during the curl. Try doing the opposite... bend the wrist slightly...
