If it was me, I would consider doing these in a different order, triceps
before biceps and doing the dips, then skulls and then the pressdowns as a
burnout. This will work larger to smaller.

I would start biceps with DBs, go to preacher and then finish with the
isolation of the concentration curl.

Is that what you refer to?

I'd like some feedback on this... How can I get a good isolated Bi's and Tri's workout without burning out the forearms early on? I know not to GRIP the bar...
