The Intuitive Eating method of weight loss is NOT a "diet" - it retrains you to listen to your body's natural cues of hunger fullness, and to eat within those boundaries. Eventually, your body will return to its natural weight.
This is a support group for all those who've chosen the "non-diet" approach to overcoming emotional overeating destructive dieting, and would like to discuss their struggles, joys, other experiences.
We will not allow spamming, flaming, or derogatory remarks. As such, your posts will be moderated for a bit to be sure you're a good fit.
This is a group that will NOT tolerate condemnation or judgment of any member. Intuitive Eating is about learning to be self-accepting forgiving.
