The goal of the Intestinal Health and Hydrotherapies (IHAH) Newsletter is to create a global education on Intestinal Health and Hydrotherapy issues, to create an alternative health instrument to communicate about the gastrointestinal (GI) system, and to recognize the integral role of the intestines in the health of the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Colon Hydrotherapy, Colemas and Enemas are the major hydrotherapies addressed along with details of cleansing and rebuilding programs.

The newsletter will address a breadth and depth of topics such as Constipation, Candida, Eczema, Hemorrhoids or the Specific Carbohydrate Diet - all of which will be referred back to and related to Intestinal Health and Hydrotherapies.

The Newsletter will also include insights into successful intestinal lifestyle patterns and the role eating disorders and food addiction in attaining intestinal health. I will present ideas, questions, knowledge, tips, testimonials, skills, current events, research, books, resources and occasional reviews of products, equipment and educational programs all of which pertain to the new frontier, Intestinal Health.
