I taught a client self hypnosis and to use before going to sleep each night
to remind their sub-conscious to keep their soft palate raised throughout
their sleep. They came up with the wording. They were diagnosed with sleep
apathy but hadn't taken any action to remedy it, either with a CPAP machine
or with a dental mouth piece. Lack of quality sleep was part of the issue
they presented so I thought we would try this. They have reported a deeper
sleep and use this every night.
Hope this is of value.
