Hi Everyone,

Well...I finally did it after much urging. I put together a manual called
"Business Basics of Medical Hypnosis". It contains info on getting those
referrals and maintaining them, different forms and letters to use and also a
section on billing if you should choose to go that route.

I was able to get it printed in time for the NGH meeting "Solid Gold" in Vegas.
It was received so well that it in now in the "Library" of the NGH along with my
2 CD set for Surgery.

I had someone ask me about using hypnosis to grow taller & that Erickson was
said to have someone grow 12 inches. Has anyone ever heard of that???
