hi, Roxanne!
I have had this situation from time to time in my office, though less now
than in previous years. When it seems to be happening, I make it a habit to
call and confirm appointments the day before. This reminds the forgetful ones
and otherwise gives them an opportunity to change if necessary.
Be well.................Nancie

I have a fairly high percentage of clients who don't show up for their
first sessions. Not only am I losing the time while I sit waiting, but
I also lose any prep time and the hourly room rent. Naurally, I'd like
to take steps to keep this from happening. If they would at least call
and cancel, I could cancel my reservation of the room. What do you say
to potential clients that prevents no shows?
