I require half of my hourly rate as a non refundable deposit and I
require 24 hours notice if they wish to change the appointment,
remember you are a professional, notice what other professionals do
to make it clear that our time is worth the fee that we charge,
remember a time when and how you feel when you know you have to pay
to skip an appointment with your doctor, listen to how they have
reacted to you in the past when you called in to change that
appointment... did they give you two options of when you could
reschedule "would you like t reschedule, we have tuesday at 2:30 or
thursday at 4:00 available or would you prefer to pay the
cancellation fee?" you may just, do the same.... now, this make them
feel the "expert status" that they need to, to get the best results
from our efforts... just like our doctors do... So can you. Scott
