I hope all of you will be patient with the questions of a new IHF
member.

First, what's the turn-around time on membership applications? I'm not
impatient--okay, I'm a little impatient--but mostly I'm curious.

Second, do most of you use the credit card company recommended on the
IHF site? If so, can you tell me what percentage/fees they take?

Third, as I've read through the archives for this group, I've seen lots
of great discussion in the past, but that seems to have died down. What
happened? :-)
