Re: [InternationalHypnosisFederation] What If "A client comes to see you for weight loss"

Hi Michael,

I am now including with my "tougher" clients having
them email me everyday with what they have discovered
when reading the labels of food. I have found this
very helpful in having the clients become more
"mindful" of what they are choosing to eat. I have
them check the fiber, the sugar (aim for 5 gm or
less), the trans fat, and to look for any hidden high
fructose corn syrup and also what is a serving size.

They also email me what foods they are eating and the
physical energy they are putting out (exercise )
