This forum is for Mind, Body and Spirit practitioners to share ideas and practices. A forum is also a great place to network and develop resources to assist you in whatever direction you are going.

Our forum is moderated to protect our members from spam. Advertisements for services are not allowed on this forum unless approved ahead of time for a certified IHF Instructor's Class. Moderated means that there could be a delay as one of our moderators checks the message for content. In order to start a discussion just click on Post and start your discussion.

When setting up your account go into your membership settings and select how you would like to receive posts. There are settings for individual emails which might be overwhelming later and also a setting for digest which is a once a day email of all the posts. Personally I found that most forum participants like the digest better to see all the discussions. If you have questions you can ask me or I can change the settings for you.

Personal attacks on members will not be tolerated. Different ideas are encouraged and will be respected among the group.

The main purpose of this group is to allow us to keep on learning and improving on what we already know. One key secret to learning is being open so you can try different things on to see if they fit.

If you are not a member and would like to become a member of the IHF you can find an application in the files. You do not have to be a member of the IHF to participate in this forum.
