Hi Everyone,
This month's meeting will be quite different from usual! Same great
company, but with a unique program. Our own John Morse will be leading
us on a historic walking tour of Boston. Aside from his knowledge as a
historian, John is also an architect and has a great deal of
information to share with us. Should be a lot of fun!
At the end of the tour we will have lunch at Durgin Park (around noon).
We will be meeting at the bridge over the swan boat pond in the Public
Garden in Boston at 10 AM on Saturday, June 10 th.
You can take the red line of the T to Park Street (short walk from
there) or park in the Underground Garage (cheapest place around there)
if you want to drive into town.
Turn down your basal (as appropriate for YOU) and plan on a great time.
I will be happy to try to arrange carpooling from our usual meeting
place at Baldwin Park in Woburn for anyone who needs a ride or is
looking for company to drive into town and is willing to drive. Please
let me know if you can drive others or if you are looking for a ride
or if you have any other questions.
Looking forward to seeing you all there,
DEB
