This is a group for the discussion of midwifery in Indiana. This is a closed group and only homebirth midwives and apprentices may join. Apprentices are defined as students who are actually attending homebirths with a senior midwife. This group may be used to post obstetrical and midwifery studies, to discuss topics specific to Indiana, such as the newborn screening test, and legislation, to ask questions, to report midwifery media events,conferences, workshops, and to discuss interesting births and other midwifery related topics. No flaming, rudeness,or argumentativeness will be tolerated. Participants need not be members of any Indiana midwifery organization. Posts from this group may not be forwarded to non-members.
