for me. I wear disposables and plastic pants during the day with no problems. I
do have a rubber sheet on my bed, just in case I leak during the night. A
management system that works for you is what is important. Tom

Forgive me but if I may throw my 2 cents in here and Ill try not to be too
graphic and I apologize if this offends some but You may also try a product
called Bioderm, its not like a condom cath, it attaches to the tip of the mans
member and far better then a Mcguire Male Urinal.
The big problem with the Mcguire urinal and the condom cath is that if your
member is not long enough you wont be able to insert your member far enough into
the sheath in order to make it work and it is cumbersome to fiddle with. few men
have good success with it but most don't.
this is their website http://bioderm.us/ and they will send you some samples if
you ask.
Personally I prefer diapers and I don't have a problem with morning clean up's.
I use Abena X-plus and I double diaper with booster pads and I have good success
with this system.
I wish I could use cloth diapers but I'm a large man and I have never been able
to successfully pin cloth diapers on myself and make them stay up.

I only wear cloth diapers and plastic pants for at nite, the cloth seems to wick the urine better and the plastic pants are able to contain it better then disposables. I do still sleep an a big pee pad just incase something malfunctions.

hi everyone my name is brent stevens and i live in minnesota. i have been incon.
for 3 yrs due to side effects of my depression and bipolar meds. i accept this
part of me and learn to live with it the best way i can. i am a ft nanny for a
great family. i take care of a 2 yr old and 3 yr old boys m-f. i have been with
the family since july 2008. they are very understanding and im greatful. i was
reading some previous posts about find women who accept that u have to wear
diapers 24-7. my theory on this is that if a women cant accept this medical
problem, then she isnt good enough to have as a gf. ive have so much drama and
sadness in my life that i dont need that anymore.

Had no problems with my wetting while at the beach. Wore diapers at night and
kept the rented bed dry. Wore a swim diaper with a Depend Men's pad inside to
keep me dry until I was in the water. Pull-ups when visiting the souvenir shops
and restaurants.

Very relaxing trip... and one good thing about needing to bring a diaper bag is
at the end of the week you have an empty bag to bring back your new goodies and
trinkets :)

I too end up frustrated with the extra cleanup in the morning from diapers at
night.  I only wet so perhaps that simplifies things a bit but most nights (and
a lot of days) I wear a male uninal device which means I still have to worry
about skin care but the cleanup is somewhat more limited and quicker in the
morning.

I also find less leaking problems like I had last night when I used  a diaper
with rubber pants (which is an anoying thing to wake up to!).

There's less stuff to deal with and throw away or wash which is also an
advantage.

To be clear, I've found no perfect solution and urinals certainly have their
issues as well but I find that a combined solution works best for me.
