On the top of 24/7, how do you become less self conscious? Every step I take at work I fear someone might notice, to the point that I won't wear and instead just run to the bathroom every 45 minutes to an hour. I have to say going that often has created several problems since I work in a Trauma hospital's emergency department. I have to say I have been yelled at many times for having to run out on a procedure to for hurrying to move a patient to floors because I felt myself leaking.   I hope everyone is well.   Bryan

your disposable diapers. The pants help keep the diaper in place when

In response to phillip smiths post: Phillip,most all of the adult diapers have the problem with the tapes coming apart or breaking off,the only ones I  have ever used that hold together are the depends,and believe me,I  have tried them all,I  use duct tape over the diaper tapes to  hold them together,and I also use 2 baby diapers taped together lenght-wise with  cuts in the back for extra  absorbency and leakage protection.Jim .

incon. for 9 years now.

There are a variety of high quality disposables out there that don't have the
cloth-like backsheet. Abena and Molicare are a couple of the more expensive,
super high capacity ones.  You might also look at Tranquility or Mega Care to
name a couple others.

Before I became disabled about 4 years ago now i used to be in nappies all the time due to weak bladder and i used to bedwet alot mum put me back in nappies aged 7 years old bacouse of the wet sheets.
