I was perusing some of the cross - dresser sites and they a lot of beautiful  diaper items, which you can order and wear whether you are a transvestite or not.  They mail out all over the world.  One is UK based,

Hi Bryan,
I too wear diapers 24/7, and I have come to the point that I don't care if antone notices my diaper at work, but I dont have the luxuary of beeing able to runn to the toilet all the time, I'm a sales agent and do a lot of driving daily(I call on the Australian equivelant to your home depot storesand independant hardware stores), I prefer a diaper rather than running off to the toilet all the time, besides on one going about their work, looks at a coworker to see if he/she is diapered, and unless we on the lookout for a diaper wearer, we are all too busy to notice or even look. I have worn diapers at night all my life(62 years) and day diapers for 30 odd years, and no one has commented on my diapers, socialy my family and friends all know I wear and need diapers.
cheers
Terry

I have to say I have been yelled at many times for having to run out on a procedure to for hurrying to move a patient to floors because I felt myself leaking.

>Hi Steve,
Welcome to the group. As you can see there are quite a few of us who
wear 24/7. It takes some trial and error to get a fool proof management
system, but it's not hard. I'd suggest that you wear plastic pants over
your disposable diapers. The pants help keep the diaper in place when
it sags or when the tapes come loose. The pants also prevent wet spots
on your jeans or shorts. I prefer the plastic covered disposables. I
don't like the 'cloth like' or so called breatheable ones. My preferred
diaper for work is Kendall. They have a 'slim fit' style with one tape
on each side and it absorbs a lot. They fit nicely under regular jeans.
Hope you work out the problems and your diapers become second nature
soon. Tom tomar@...

In response to phillip smiths post: Phillip, most all of the adult diapers have the problem with the tapes coming apart or breaking off,the only ones I  have ever used that hold together are the depends, and believe me,I  have tried them all,I  use duct tape over the diaper tapes to  hold them together, and I also use 2 baby diapers taped together lenght-wise with  cuts in the back for extra  absorbency and leakage protection.Jim .

Steve,

There are a variety of high quality disposables out there that don't have the
cloth-like backsheet. Abena and Molicare are a couple of the more expensive,
super high capacity ones. You might also look at Tranquility or Mega Care to
name a couple others.

Hi Mark,
Welcome to the club. I'm also in diapers 24/7. Management is the key. You can lead a normal life and do just about anything, in spite of your diapers. Be positive about them and you will do well.

After prostate cancer surgery, I've experienced moderate to severe
stress incontinence. Am considering having an articial sphincter

Would appreciate some feedback from someone who has the device
implanted especially about the effectiveness and any problems with
infection, device failure, muscle erosion, etc.
