I couldn't have said it better myself! That advice is right on! You do have to "read" the other person before you spring something so personal on her. As far as I'm concerned, if they are self-centered, rude or otherwise not "with the program," then they are not only not going to be told, but they won't even be see again, so at that point, it's all academic!

yeah i would say let the person know. But, make sure everything else is working though. Like say the date was bad, well, why bother saying anything if you don't really intend on seeing them again. If it's a good date, well, maybe you don't need to say anything early on. I usually say after a few dates unless you for whatever reason plan on being uhm Intimate with them after 2 dates. Usually I wait about 3 or 4 dates to make sure we are compatiable. Then, if everything else is going right, well then i pull out the "I think there is something that you should know" bit. But, what works for some might not work for others. use your better judgement. Plus, I like to take the time to watch how they act and react to things. If I see that they are really sweet and caring, then yes they're goign to be told, no issue. but if they are pretty
much uptight self centered or kinda rude in an uncalled way, then i'm a bit more sheepish about it.
