Re: wheelchair users/condom caths

I spend most of my time in my power chair, I can still walk a few feet and
transfers but only with help or my crutches.
I cant wear condom caths, ive tried them all and they all have failled, even
with the liberty pouch, it failed me too, it popped off and I flooded my bed, I
was so glad that I had the mattress protected. I got samples of the liberty
pouch and followed the directions to the "T", first off the prep pad burned, it
was like putting 100% alcohal on an opened wound. I guess it wouldnt matter much
if you had no sensations down there, but it burned like hell!
I perfer wearing diapers, it feels less like a medical problem to me by wearing
diapers insted of having a bag straped to my leg, besides they have yet to make
a condom cath that actully works for men who are extra small and retracted.
