I have no bladder control and must wear diapers or a leg bag 24/7. I prefer diapers. When I cannot wear a diaper for one reason or another I wear an external catheter attached to a urinary leg bag. I find that the self-adhesive caths stay in place much better than the urinals and work very well for me. I can be fully active and have no problems at all. Tom
