Hi I had accdeint a few year back that hit the spine cord a nerve. And as time
went by it got worse. I have seen the docter and done test. They said I just
need to accept the fact I will be needed them full time

Your message has very little information in it, which makes
giving any kind of support nearly impossible. Could you tell
us a bit more about yourself, what problems you're having,
what your feelings and thoughtsare, what you've done for
diagnosis and protection? That would give us a WHOLE lot
better basis to offer suggestions and advice!
My first advice for those who are newly incontinent is to get
to a urologist who specializes in incon. MANY tines incon
can be completely cured, and if not, can be reasonably well
controlled.
