I can understand your feelings, certainly! But realize that
VERY few people will ever realize you're in diapers, though
they'd certainly know if you weren't, due to wet pants.....

Have the other injuries healed completely? Do you have any
other lingering disabilities fromn the wreck? What was
damaged that caused your incontinence? Is it only urinary
incon or bowel as well?

How can we help? What makes you embarrassed about being in
diapers? Are there specific situations that are worse than
others? How have your friends reacted to your situation?

There are lots of folks, even your age, in a similar
situation. That may not make things any easier, but knowing
you're NOT alone often does help. Feel free to write me if
you wish.

BTW, I'm a 54YO medical professional, diapered 24/7 since
about 1987, who is also a 14 year bladder cancer survivor. I
work full time, and live a very active life. I use
disposable diapers during the day at work, and cloth with
plastic pants at home.
