You may try Angel Fluff Diaper Company, they carry contured as well as pull-ons, & will make them to order as well. If you are trying to save money, get a pair of non-stretch cotton briefs of the correct size, take it apart at the seams, duplicate the measurements and add appropriate padding, add velcro closures, or just stitch them back up. [add the required additional fabric to enclose the padding, and since they are non-stretch, a snap, button, or velcro closure at the waist]. Urge Incontinence is often more than just moderate, so plastic, or rubber pants will be needed for protection. Salk and Serenity brands are used for light to moderate wetting, cotton diapers, soaker-briefs, etc. are used for moderate to heavy wetting. If the individual is constantly in public, you may consider disposable pants or diapers, both available at Walmart, Target, K-Mart, Walgreens, Longs, etc.
