The best approach for fecal leakage is to get evaluated by either a gastroenterologist, or a colorectal surgeon, or both.  There are many approaches to this problem from dietary changes, rectal irrigation (like a small enema before going out) or serious surgery.  Find out the reason and you will learn the options.
