Hi Debbie,
What might help is to put talcum powder inside your incontinence
protection when you change and use lotion like Noxema as well. Also,
I find rashes get really bad if you're using some sort of rubber
panties over top of a diaper. Just a pair of regular cotton granny
panties works fine, because it holds the diaper closer to your skin
but still allows the skin to breathe.

I been Incont for 6 to 7 yrs now . My Skin in the winter and summer time when It hot and in doors alot is getting more and more sensitive now then ever before....
