IMSSIG was launched to foster:

We welcome health and caring professionals to join our international special interest group. Membership is free and is also open to the layperson who has an interest in multicultural and cross-cultural issues.
This web-based system includes a free chat room that allows speech and/or written communication. We hope that this will aid international discussion and debate.
