To all IVPF Participating Members (and those who wish to be):
 
Hello!  As you know, the IVPF Annual Members Meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, 26 January 2004 in the Netherlands.  While all participating members are welcome to attend in person, this email is to let you know that you may attend the meeting electronically if you wish. 
 
If you choose to attend electronically, please be aware that the meeting will be run by the IVPF President and will strictly follow her rules of order.  Please refrain from chatting until after the meeting has been adjourned.
 
Any business you wish to propose and requests for floor time MUST be sent immediately to the IVPF Secretary at Cindy.Paris@... in order to have your request included on the meeting agenda.  Requests for floor time made after Friday, 23 January 2004 will not be honoured due to time constraints. 
 
If you are not an IVPF Participating Member at this time, and you wish to be, please contact the IVPF Secretary at Cindy.Paris@... to request this level of membership.  Participating membership is free and entitles you to vote on important IVPF issues.
