As you may be aware, vasa previa has been getting a lot of media attention in the UK lately.  Because of this we are starting to see some potential traction from a couple of Canadian News organizations such as the CBC and CTV National News as well as from the Globe and Mail.  They are both considering doing a story on vasa previa in Canada .

CTV National News has indicated such interest that they may even expand on their initial story shortly after and are interested in interviewing Canadian vasa previa parents who have experienced vasa previa.

IVPF member Mike Krznaric in Toronto is heading up the Canadian media push.  He and his wife Amanda lost their precious daughter Katerina to undiagnosed vasa previa last July. Their story can be found at
