Having problems with message search?
Dear everyone:
As you are all probably aware, we have been waging a HUGE media campaign both in the U.K. and in the U.S. (soon to be waged in Australia and Canada as well) leading off with the Samat and the Partridge's fantastic press coverage in the U.K. that has led to the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (RCOG) in the U.K. to agree to change the guidelines to look for vp in pregnant women at risk.
We have so far sent the press release out to more than 100 different media in the U.S. and have gotten not quite the response we are looking for, but we are still trying. Thanks to the IVPF volunteers that have been emailing and calling the press incessantly, we could not do it without you!
We have also drafted two letters to send to OPRAH in the U.S. The plan is to MASS mail these letters to her the week of March 31st. There is a letter for vp angels and another letter for vp survivors. PLEASE have a friend sign and send the letter on your angel/survivor's behalf that week to:

The story needs to be less than 2,000 characters. The attached letters for your families and friends to use are formatted with less than 2,000 characters and is perfect to cutting and pasting into the above link. We feel that this double pronged effort will get us on her radar once and for all. But we cannot do it without your help. PLEASE help us put a stop to vp deaths once and for all.
The letters are attached. Please print out the appropriate letter and mail to Oprah. Help us keep track of how many letters have been sent by sending an email to info@... once your letter has been mailed and your story has been emailed to the link.
We will keep you posted on how many letters we managed to get to Oprah. We are shooting for at least 100 letters so we need EVERYONE to send one in, from all over the world. This is our first huge simultaneous international PR effort.
