Saving lives one baby step at a time

Hello everyone,

Thank you for everything you are doing to make this year's Sophie's Walk the very best ever!

Please come to the last meeting before the Walk.. We will be there to discuss last minute preparations and to answer any questions you may have. We have more than 60 Walks taking place this year and you can imagine it is hard to coordinate without more people attending the meetings.

ALSO: 

Attached is the donation receipt.  You should print out and give to people who donate $20 or less.  They will NOT be receiving an additional letter from the IVPF and this is their official thank you and tax deductible receipt. There are two receipts per page to make it easier to print and distribute.

Please remember to:

• Send us your walk details (day, time, start location) ASAP if you haven't done so already.
• Be certain to register your walkers online if they don't register themselves.
• CONTACT your registered walkers about your local event.  Be sure to send them a contributions form too (attached).
• If you are getting local business sponsors, let us know who they are so that we can get them listed on the website.
