The Interpersonal Violence Prevention Collaborative (IVPC)--a diverse group of individuals, non-profit organizations,higher education, community-based groups and state agencies--is committed to the primary prevention of sexual assault, domestic violence and stalking in Texas.

Our VISION is to see Texas free from sexual assault, domestic violence and stalking. To make this vision a reality, the IVPC seeks
---to grow the number of organizations and institutions in Texas committed to creating safer, healthier communities
---to facilitate communication among individuals and organizations working to prevent interpersonal violence BEFORE it happens
---to serve as a clearinghouse/resource center for information and training opportunities on interpersonal violence prevention

You are encouraged to participate in the IVPC-Texas listserv to help make our vision a reality by sharing ideas, resources and questions related to preventing violence before it happens.

Purposes of the IVPC listserv include the following:

*Share current research, training opportunities, funding resources
*Stay up-to-date with prevention partners' short-term activities and long-term projects
*Provide a forum for sharing information and resources on both statewide and national levels
