The aim of the group is to offer support and advice on the emotional, feeding, medical and practical issues such as clothing, car seats etc that having a child growing on or below the 5th centile can cause. We also offer support and share personal experiences of pregnancy concerns with IUGR babies or pregnancies after previous IUGR experiences. If you would like to join you will be welcome! The founder is the parent of a 7 year old girl born prematurely, small for gestational age (SGA) and with InterUterine Growth Retardation (IUGR), who is below the centiles on the growth charts. We have worldwide members who pop in and out with children of all ages. We have seen quite a few problem pregnancies result in healthy deliveries, but are also here for those who face more challenging times.
