This group is for the benefit of birthing women throughout the Florida area.
If you are recovering from a cesarean, planning a VBAC, searching for care providers, or planning an upcoming birth or pregnancy and wanting information to prevent cesareans, have a healthier,more positive experience or learn more about birth, ICAN of Florida Welcomes you!

The International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) is a non-proft organization with a three-fold purpose:

* To lower the rising cesarean rate through education,

* To provide a forum where women and men can express their thoughts and concerns about birth, and

* To provide a support network for women who are healing from past birth experiences and for those who are preparing for births.
