DescriptionThe Children's Hospital Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship Program affiliated with the University of Colorado School of Medicine is one of the first continuously ACGME-accredited fellowship programs in the country. Rita Agarwal, MD is the Fellowship Director and Scott Markowitz, MD is the Associate Fellowship Director.Fellows are required to spend one month of the twelve month program in the PICU and one month on the Acute and Chronic Pain Service rotation. Electives are available in Cardiology, NICU, PICU, Anesthesia in Remote Sites and Chronic Pain. One hallmark of the program is its flexibility and adaptability. Regional anesthesia experience is a well regarded and growing aspect of the program. Please note that this is an advanced fellowship and that all potential candidates must have completed an Anesthesiology Residency Program in the U.S. We will be accepting applications for academic year 2010-2011 |
