Position: Postdoctoral Position Allergic Diseases
NIH-funded postdoctoral Training Grant in Allergic Diseases is available to prepare qualified individuals for careers as investigators of allergic diseases and asthma. Only US citizens or permanent residents (green card holder) with Ph.D., M.D., or M.D.-Ph.D. (or equivalent) degrees are eligible. Ongoing studies in the Allergic Diseases Research Laboratory include: 1) eosinophil biology and the roles of eosinophils in health and disease, 2) Th2 innate immunity and Th2 development, and 3) mechanisms, pathophysiology and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis. Multidisciplinary approaches including molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology are used in in vitro and in vivo model systems.
