Hi Chris.

I have to tell you, I 32 years old and am so exhausted. I began
having crazy symptoms about a year ago with Hot Flashes, extreme
fatique, very fast heart rate (120-140) sitting still, my periods
stopped, rapid weight gain, and other crazy things. I finally went to
my GP in June-It has been a roller coaster ride ever since. They did
a round of blood tests on me-they are below, took out my gall
bladder, did a colonoscopy, Upper GI, and Pelvic Ultrasound. I came
back with low Estridol levels, but no one new what to do with me
being 32. I finally asked about seeing an Endo. Went on 9/8/08 and
this Endo was awful-Pretty much blew me off and said I was depressed.
I did convince her to do more testing-Those results are below. They
all came back in "Normal Range" except the Growth Hormone.

I have just been so tired and then had some crazy spells due to a
antidepressant change by my Dr. They sent me to have an MRI and it
came back normal. I feel better now that I am back on that med...but
the other symptoms of exhaustion and just not being able to do the
things I love to do are still there. The Endo called and said that
she wanted to see me in 1-3 months and wanted to do an MRI. I had my
Dr. send her the results, but emailed them this morning begging for
an earlier appt or some kind of medicine to help me through this.
They said that they could not prescribe anything until I was
diagnosed. WELL WHEN WILL THAT BE??? NEXT YEAR??

I am not understanding the non-urgency this Dr. has. I have tried to
get into others in the state of Alabama-This Endo is in Nashville, TN
and works at a very reputable hospital/university-but they all are
extremely rude and say they cannot see me until Feb. '09.

Could you please look at the results below and let me know what
direction I should go now? I have a very stressful job and can hardly
get through the day. Any advice would be so greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to mention a few things. Is that latest Free T4 a misprint? Was it 0.08 or 0.8? If it really is 0.08, you are extremely hypothyroid. And with...

I can't comment on your sex hormones unless you are in menopause which probably isn't the case. Your TSH is high even at 1.53. For secondary hypo, TSH never...

Your sodium is still pretty low. Potassium also low. You do need the aldosterone and renin tests. If glucose was fasting is high, need fasting insulin. GH...

If the pituitary is not functioning, yes. Post your acth stim. Considering your earlier cortisol was 7.7, I'm betting you at least tripled on the stim test...

Your ACTH is very low and I win the prize, you just missed tripling by .6. Aldosterone also tripling from low value shows you are hypopit. DHEA-S matches with...
