Just trying to understand here - why can't you use average daily
temps to see how well your adrenals are supported? What matters is
the variability from day-to-day. Your baseline temp. isn't even used
in the calculation.
One thing people get confused is thinking that adrenal fatigue is the
cause of their fatigue, when in fact, the fatigue is a result of
being hypothyroid. Once you get optimized on Armour, the fatigue
should get much better.
When you say you're not sleeping well, what exactly do you mean: do
you have trouble getting to sleep (if so, make sure you eat some
protein right before going to bed, and take that last dose of HC
then), or are you waking up at night (try taking 2.5 mg HC and see if
that helps you get back to sleep.)
