Im going to my doctors tomorrow. Im at a loss on what to do.

I am on:
22.5 mg Cortef
75 Cytomel-was higher-Reduction in T3 because I pooled at a 7.6 m/l.
1/2 florinef
B12 injections
Estrogel
progesterone cream

Recent tests:
Morning Cortisol 9. ______10.-25.
ACTH Serum 13 ___________ 5-27

Last Saliva cortisol 8-9 months ago:
Morn 25
noon 1
5pm 1
midnight 1


I am having major symptoms including water retention, chest pain,
shortness of breath. All my hormones are low. Also low ferritin, Vit
D, B12,DHEA,.. you name it, Im low. Adolsterone 5.Low TSH, low T4
Renin low,Salt,Potassium high. Ive had chest pains (left) for 5
months, tons of doctor appointments (Family doc) says I have
cococronditos(sp)...pulled rib.... blah, blah, blah. X rays,
Chirporactor,pain killers and antibiotics. Nothing helped.

My Special doctor Im going to tomorrow is the one who perscribes
Cortef and Cytomel. She doesnt like to give xtra on HC or T3.

My problem.

1.The chest pains.

2.I think I need more HC at different times of the day rahter then
7.5-7.5-5.-2.5 but when I rise, as I did last year, I got
moon faced and retained water terribly bad. Was a bad experience. Not
all of it came back off. I am the heaviest Ive ever been. But if
Cortef doesnt work for me should i try Medrol or Pred? Any
suggestions on what to do? Ive been fooling around for two years and
just getting bigger.

I had a head injury as a child, cracked my skull, had clamps in my
head ( my sister told me this)terrible headaches as a child,
underweight, short stature, poor appetite.
I want to go for an MRI. Good idea?

I'll tell you, I'm getting scared! I was born a twin and my twin
sister died of Lukemia at age 2. She was all puffed up. I looked like
a rat! I can't help but wonder what happen to us!
