Once you get your HRT optimized that covers the life maintenece really
(as you age you may have to make adjustments). Ask him if he knows
about how to stress dose steroid. That is a biggie that many docs
don't know. As you on sex hormone therapy (assuming if you are pan,
then your LH and FSH are low. Whether or not a woman has pituitary
cause sex hormone deficiency, I've seen that they have a terrible time
finding a doc who really knows what he's doing with womens sex
hormones which can be quite complicated.
As far HGH, I don't know why it took so long. Were tests done in the
past?
Being pan, that would mean your vasopressin is deficient, has that
been tested, treated?
How about prolactin?
How are you treating your thyroid? Have you had aldosterone and renin
tested? Those are usually low in hypopit, being low cause salt
wasting. I can help you more if you post your tests and all the
therapies and doses. I can give you an opinion of if I think you are
on a good track or not.
You're welcome,
Chris
