If you are considering or already studying Hypnosis for Childbirth, (Hypnobabies, HypnoBirthing, Hyp-Birth, etc.) please join our group, so that we may all learn from and share with each other our experiences in having beautiful, peaceful births. Shannen, in our picture above was at 7 cm, peacefully listening to her Birth Guide CD and sitting on her birth ball; *no pain at all*! She faithfully practiced her Hypnobabies techniques and successfully used it to easily bring baby Jacob into the world gently, comfortably and without medication or interventions. Her midiwfe, doula and the hospital nurses were in awe! You too can have a comfortable, easy birth using hypnosis!
