Hey everyone. My name is Ryan and I've been on the NHE plan for about 2 weeks
now, and it's going pretty well!
I'm trying to find some more data on the cardio exercises like the linebacker
and shortstop drills. I can't quite understand how it's described in the book,
and also how to incorporate it into HIIT style cardio.
Does anyone here do this? Any ideas or tips?
Ryan

Hi Everyone,
I'm brand new to the group...
I'm having really wonderful results with NHE, and I'd love to send Rob a
testimonial. The problem is, none of the contact information on his website seem
to be current. I've tried several different email addresses that I've found on
hormonalfitness.com, and everything keeps getting returned.
Does anyone have a current/valid email address, or even business mailing address
for him, or for Extique? (I called the phone number for the publisher listed in
the book and on the website, and they're no longer valid, either. It's some
other company's number.) I wrote a really nice letter praising so many aspects
of NHE, and I'd really like to get it to Rob.
Thanks, everyone. I appreciate any help you can give me.

Fermented milk contains about half the carbs compared to regular milk, as the lactose is digested by bacteria. I'm used to European products, and am not sure how many carbs there are in buttermilk. I checked the USDA nutrient database online and found no difference between regular whole milk, reduced fat buttermilk (where's the wholesome kind in that registry, anyway), goat milk and mature human milk (about 5 / 100 grams in all). This puzzled me, because Norwegian milk contains about 10 / 100 grams sugars.

No. It wouldn't be milk then.

While cheese has no carbs and no sugar, milk (any) has cca 10-13 grams of carbs and sugar respectively.
Does anyone sell milk that has no carbs and sugar?

I never saw that ad. I heard his vitamins never made it to the stores.
Do you have the ad? I'm interested in reading it.
Two days ago I received the following mail in my inbox:
"Dear Hormonal Fitness Subscriber,
Consider giving a gift that will last a lifetime.
Buy any Rob Faigin product valued over $30 before December 20, 2008
and get a free copy of Hormonally Intelligent Exercise. While supplies
last.
Happy Holidays

Sounds like a good deal, but since I don't trust Olusa anymore I'm not
ordering anything from them. I ordered "the permanent fat loss diet
plan" a long time ago (may 2008) and haven't received it yet. I even
mailed them about it and attached the order confirmation. Kjell told
me he would look in to it, but he never wrote anything more so I guess
he never did.

That's interesting. I've cited it before but I'll do it again. In the
Ask Rob section he writes this as an answer:
"The lower limit of carbs per downcycle day on the general eating plan
is 30. Will eating less carbs than this each day negatively affect
optimal fat loss?
I don't recommend this practice because it negatively affects: 1)
muscle glycogen levels 2) thermogenesis 3) adequate consumption of
antioxidant-rich, cancer-protective fruits and vegetables."
I*m pretty dissapointed in Olusa. I ordered "the permanent fat loss
diet plan" in may and haven't received it yet.
